Do Something You Loved as a Child


Something that I have found makes me very happy if I am feeling a bit down, is to do something that I loved to do when I was a kid.

When you do things that you loved doing as a child, it not only triggers good memories, but also brings on a sense of calm and contentedness.

Today I’m feeling kind of “blah” so decided to color. I love coloring, and did it a lot while teaching preschool as well but not as much since I have started working at the AG boutique.

I bought the latest issue of the AG magazine on Friday after work because it has a huge poster inside that can be colored in. So, that’s going to be something I do today to make myself feel happier.
