The Big Sigh


Seems all I do lately is let out big *sigh*’s all day long.

I’ve recently started doing a day job as a customer service rep for a wireless phone company, and needless to say it is not the most stimulating or joy-inducing of jobs in my experience so far.

It is a totally new working experience for me, and although I do enjoy some aspects of it, right now it seems the negatives are outweighing the positives.

Have you ever worked in this area and if so what are your thoughts on it? How long did it take you after your first foray into the world of telephone customer service to feel like you really knew what you were doing?

I am still doing my writing part time, and luckily have a fun gig coming up soon. 🙂
